Great insights! Definitely relate a lot to this. I recently applied for a PM internship even though I haven't had any experience in a PM role before. Initially I felt scared, but felt great after the interview as it motivated me to get out of my comfort zone!

Great to hear, Bhirgu. This is especially true for PM where there’s so much to learn but few things that (on paper) can make you qualified for the role.

Please do, Ajit. Does this fit your experiences? I.e. have the most valuable roles in your career been the ones where you had a lot of room for growth?

Nice framework and well presented. Can you share how this changes across phases of career? For e.g., It make sense to make learning the primary focus early in career. But as someone grows senior, do they also optimize for title, pay, comfort, work-life bakance etc. over learning?
